Chest-Bursts on LV-223

well its as i said in my post but you may not had wanted to go through the essay lol..

This image is of a prop Chest Busted Engineer that i think they may have done 3 of and then had these under the Chest Busted Cryo Pods, thats why the details are not great and has no feet lol, as you wont see them in the shot.

And Lone, yes we dont need to be spoon fed, my point was that to the casual viewer they would never notice the scream and also see the chest busted cryo pods, only those with keen eye and those who are aware of the Alien Franchise would see the connection and a image as posted above confirms that inside those other 3 Cryo Pods are Chest Busted Engineers, only this image does seem to show a large Chest Busting but the holes in the Cryo Pods are more smaller.

Well its a Mystrey as to how and when these other Engineers got infected, if we take into account the image seen on this post, then yes it looks like a Chest Buster Event, now we have to assume this would be a result of something created from the Goo or some kind of Face Huger and by no means a result of those Engineers getting contaminated with the Goo.

Maybe just maybe these Engineers was Sacreficed to be Face Huged and then placed in Cryo Sleep to put a stop to the process untill after the Ship has made it to Earth, Maybe in the hope that the Chest Busters would then come into contact with the Goo?

But then the Engineers all seemed calm in the Orrey Room Ghost Engineer Scene... so yes its a puzzle, but i kind of think maybe the Last Engineer had a hand in what went down.

And while reading your comment about the "Chest Bursting" route contridicting the "Infection" route, i remembered what Lindelof once said in an interview. He said something like "Prometheus has two children; One grows up to be ALIEN and the other one will grow up with the Prometheus sequels."

I think that this is why we have ambiguity here. The chest bursting route LEADS to ALIEN, where as, the infection route will LEAD to the Prometheus sequels.

Just a thought.

Yes indeed where did the facehoiggers come from - queen eggs or morphing - who was morhed - an engineer ?? Who injected the engineer or ewas that the result of the black goo and and the engineer that turns into a xeno used his stinger to morh other engineers ?? Is that what happened to the pile of dead engineers perhaps ?? They turned into eggs inside the suits after being stung ?? Ripped the eggs out and went to the orrery ?? Perhaps what caught davids attention in the storage area ?? And the engineers already asleep got the huggers while the still awake engineer returned to stasis later on ???

Definiely looks like a deacon burst that to me. I agree.

Yeah i have read Lindeloffs comments on the different organisms...

I remember the way he did it he was kind of hinting that their is a connection to the Xeno and Worms, and also that maybe what we see going down on LV 223 is what leads to the Xenomorph in Alien.... but off course Ridley said the Xeno had been around for a long long time....

But i guess we cant rule out that the Indigenous Worms could have got contaminated with the Goo at some early point in time, so we cant rule out the Worm Connection just that the particular ones we saw in the movie dont lead to the Alien.

But as far as Chest Busting goes, again i dont think the Deacon leads to the Xeno and also i dont think that the Chest Busted Engineers in Cryo Sleep lead to the Xeno, but they could have been impregnated with the same kind of Face Hugers.

There is just so many possible reasons to how when and why the Xeno came about and how those Engineers all suffered and what relevent connections there are.

Did you guys catch the pics of the 2 Engineers (yes, one looks like our last remaining Engineer) in the pilot room? They are complete with bio-suits, yet have Robes on just like the dudes in the beginning. To me, and i realize this May be pushing it; they look almost like undercover 'agents'. Call me crazy.

They are seen crouching near the other cryo-pods and running around the room. Could this be the 'Sabotage' I've wondered about? Could this answer the age old question...?

Anyway, I don't think those are fakes at all, what makes you think that Dave? They are perfectly cohesive with the rest of the gallery and with the movie.

i think this is but one of the several missing pieces- removed to add to the ambiguity. I really think there is something here.
