Compared to the 1979 Big Chap, this Xenomorph appears to have six small back tubes and lacks a spinal back horn. This makes me wonder if it is a Xenomorph from a non-human host.

AdminEngineerMar-23-2025 10:16 AMThe design cues are definitely different with this Xeno compared to Kane's Son / Big Chap. I concur, it likely could be a Xenomorph born from a non-human host. Thanks for sharing this, I'll get it front paged! Been swamped with a million things lately but with the series coming up I'm going to make time to get more Alien: Earth content out!

StaffNeomorphMar-24-2025 3:24 PMI reanalyzed it, there are 4 small back tubes (facepalms), and the shoulder tubes are more round. Matches with the practical suit from months ago. The Xeno's front head looks off to me, and that seems to be a lot of people's complaint, in a way it reminds me of the McFarlane toys Alien 3, Runner alien
It still makes me wonder if is it a xenomorph spawned from a primate

It would be interesting if this xenomorph were to be birthed from a monkey, then at least some of Kenner's xenomorphs will get canonized.

StaffNeomorphMar-27-2025 3:33 PMFor a refresher, it would be nice to finally have in the film/tv show Xenomorphs spawned from other hosts; an early draft of AVP had a lot of those. A Gorilla Xenomorph would be sick.
People are speculating that the flying thing seen in the Alien: Earth teaser is something like this
