Engineer Vs predator

well i cant write it for you but i would say the engineer, they are much larger. probably stronger, and from what we have seen more advanced.

bob grabs predator and continues to remove head with force. then kicks it like a football into river end of fight.

Ok if i remember correct in predator 1 the pred was almost 2 heads bigger then schwarzenegger the black guy who played the pred was for sure about 2 m and 10 cm Dont forget pred is invisible until he hunts him down as Bob was Not much larger and i Dont belive that Bob has the same jumping and climbing agility as the pred has its just for fünf man nothing serious One on One at least i mean the pred could kill 3 engineers invisible and the last one like he book on Arnold just a litten Imagination friends

Well The Space Jockey was 15-16ft tall, supposed to be 26ft but that never really pulled off due to shooting errors and so the size of the Prob seemed to be accepted as the height and thus about 15-16ft The Early Prometheus Drafts had our Engineers as being 12-15ft tall. When filming began as Ridley knew it would be hard to pull off the illusion of a 15ft Race with practical effects, they decided the Race would be about 9ft tall. So we have Predators that stand about 8ft tall and Engineers about 9ft tall. When if we actually look at them and work out the heights well they actually both are just under 7.5ft tall Each as for most part they played by same Actor lol.

Also the engineers Seem Not so perfekt as Seen in Avp the preds handled the aliens quite succesfull till scar srewed everything almost identical only that the pred ship got infectet Not their complete Pyramide System on One Planet the engineers seem quite stupid as human are if Not more stupid i mean at least they had no worst case Szenario but the preds usually had One Kamikaze With thermonuclear bombe At least i think the fight would should be very interesting and entertaining Thx again.

As far as who would Win.... Hand to Hand..... Engineer Victory they are taller and more stronger, and there Armour is more protective than the Predators. Yes the Predator would have a advantage if it used its various Weapons, but then we dont know what Weapons the Engineers may have if any and it would be save to say a Engineer who has a Close Combat Weapon like the Predators have would be a good battle, the Engineer has Strength Advantage and Predator Speed and Agility. But if we go into Tech, well the Predator has the cloaking device, but we do not know what Spectrum the Engineers see in, or indeed what their masks can see and thus just like the Xeno maybe they can detect a cloaked Predator. The Predator has a massive advantage at long range as well the Engineers appeared to have no Ranged Weapons of any kind..... a bit odd for such a Advanced and Ancient Race that plays its hand in creation and manipulation of many forms of Life though out the Galaxy. The Engineers are Bio Scientists and it would be safe to bet that chemical and bio warfare is what they would use to combat Predators.

You have to remember that the Engineers also came unstuck due to the Goo and you have to wonder how would the Predators deal with a outbreak of the Black Stuff if they had a outbreak on board one of their ships or temples. Take away the Predators Tech so they are naked and they dont match the Xeno, the Xeno would kill them with ease and also the Engineers come to that matter. In Aliens those Marines would be canon fodder had they been unarmed and thus no weapons or Armour.

The Xeno is King.... only one Organism would destroy them... and thats the Hulk lol.... Or The Thing Outbreak lol

Lame Not that short use your brain. A little Bit pred is invisible behind Bob ribs his damn spine Plus his head off and steals all tech he can find the sumpf The simplest way the pred wins he doesnt Event need laser cannon or whrist blades

just because the engineer is so tall and strong doesnt make the predator weaker. while i dont think the predator would have the best chance in the world, a hand to hand combat between an elite and an engineer seems like it would be epic. and an elite predator vs. a xeno would be a probable loss, but the pred would figure things out. there seems to be an impression that predators are weaklings without their technology, but i choose to believe(see what i did there?) that they are skilled and creative fighters with or without their weapons at hand. when will the next new avp comic series come out because prometheus has created a large canvas for the written avp universe to toy with haha

thx Svanya i really didnt know but it seems that there is much more traffic on this site then on the predators2 site and i wantetd to read a good entertaining story about a battle of one Pred and on Engineer i think the imagination on this site is much bigger thx anyways

The engineer looks much more physically intimidating, or at least to me, and to you guys? He is the most revealing of Prometheus and better managed. One of my fav. movie Monsters with other classics.

Here's what we do know: In the Predator's world the race are hunter-killers that constantly improve their methods of the kill, new armor, new weapons, stealth approach. The goal is to train the young adult Predator to become an effective killer. However the Predator has guidelines, they refuse to kill anything that is sick or lamed, nor will they kill a female human pregnant woman or child... So the Predator has some ethics in their trade.... They are tribal in nature and can even give a xenomorph a very hard time.... My money is on the Predator verses an Engineer.... but I yet have seen an Engineer with hand weapons, fighting skills and I doubt if an Engineer is tribal.... Ripping the head off an arrogant andriod does not count in my eyes, however he did make short order of Ford, Weyland and the Merc w/little effort.... One on One w/a Predator, Scar would kick Bob's ass w/o a doubt.....

Except fpr the Goo we have yet to see any Engineer weapons, not personal protection or even on the Juggernaut. But they did not become the top of the Human world only though the use of Goo so it seems reasonable and practical they had other means of subdoing foes in hand to hand combator gobal destruction. I think the humans will win any war that included xenos, Engineers, Predetors because I have seen 'War of the Worlds' and Tom Cruise survived that invasion.
