And for even further back it's (obviously) Chariots of the Gods, but this is the first time I've seen STELLAR ANALYSIS from many cultures pointing to the same HOME WORLD a la Prometheus. And it (sorta) makes perfect sense that THOSE WHO BUILT THE PYRAMIDS aka The Masons and Stonecutters would be the ones to 'carry the torch' through the last few thousand years of history. @ Ravager The main sketch is taken from a more elaborate work of art. The East is at the top because it is meant to relate to the sun rising in the east. This is to draw attention to the significance of the star constellation. Ridley, does have a habit of throwing in some masonic related stuff in some of his movies. Robin Hood and Kingdom of Heaven are good examples of that. Seems to keep the conspiracy buffs happy, anyway.

The whole point of this thread (sigh) is that Herschel claims he came ORIGINATED ELIZABETH SHAW + CHARLIE HOLLOWAY'S RESEARCH that linked civilisations all over the world (and on Mars) looking to ONE STAR via a complex star map representation, for our origins.
