MemberNeomorphMay 03, 2013Hello everyone. Been away for a while but felt the need to ramble like a mad man once again.
Have just watched one of the greatest films ever made (MANHUNTER) for the hundreth time. There is a conversation between Will Graham and Hannable Lecter in which Lecter (Brian Cox) says, "He (God) dropped a church roof on 34 of his worshippers last Wednesday in Texas as they were grovelling through a hyme to his majesty. Don't you think that felt good?"
Graham asks. "Why does it feel good Dr Lecter?"
Lecter replies. "It feels good Will because God has power...And if one does what God does enough times, one will become as God is"
The Engineers instantly came to mind. Maybe they are creating and killing to emulate god, thinking that if they do that enough times, they will become "True Gods" ?
Just a thought. What does everyone think?
The poster was good though!
