2 Ships ... 2 Crash locations?

The idea that there could even be 4 - 5 ships (I think 4 because I only see 4 temples) just makes me shiver. Theres SO much story here I can't take it.

@ snorkelbottom there is a picture on this forum ( cannot remember which thread) from one of the trailers which shows what looks like 4 temples in a row in the distance.

If 2x SJ "derelicts" have crashed.... does not say much for their piloting skills eh? There are supposed to be a superior race right?

After looking at the HD trailer a second and third time i'm counting 5 temples. The fourth temple mound is too high in the distance. Also if you count the wall barriers that surround the mounds you will see that there are five...maybe more. It would make sense if multiple dead space jockeys were found in the tunnel structures. If the Derelict is designed to be controlled by a single crew member then it would make sense that there are multiple ships.

Ok people are giving each other warnings? on a fan board speculating a film.... what has come of the world. I personally think that they are on LV-426, that this is the may be one of many homeworld/factory worlds of the Sj And that the SJ are the creators of the human race in the film, hence 'the search for our beginning' I also agree that there are differnt derelict ships, in the trailers i think there is evidence of at least 2, one that gets hit with some kind of missle and one that crashes and becomes the one in alien. The sarcophagi i think hold some kind of proto-xeno/facehugger that develops into the alien we know and fear, and since the team behind the film want to make a sequel, then its very likely we won't see it develop into a xeno till a sequel, but hinted at in this film. After all the 'dna of alien' doesnt just mean the look of the film and the story maybe it means, the actual creation of the xeno.

THe Planet is NOT LV 426! LV426 was not terraformed, did not have running water, rivers waterfalls. The "Derelict" is more likely to be a crashed alien craft on a neighboring planetoid, crashed why? because of the SJ came into contact with one of our little friends, and out popped a chestburster! It was said to have been sending a warning, not a distress signal,,, All will be revealed in the film
