Alien: The Cold Forge

I haven't seen any mention of this anywhere today.

It came out on 4-24, and it is an Aliens era story that references the new paradigm of the Alien being a product of the black goo. I'm only about 60 pages in, but so far its pretty well done.

I also picked up Dust to Dust, the new Aliens comic yesterday. It was pretty good as well, though its hard to say from just the first issue.

Anyway, any thoughts on these?

You are at the beginning of a great book. Enjoy it ifox....I thought the book was the best of what I have read about the Company in the 2100s.

Great, thanks : ) I've read all but one of the prior Alien/s novels (including all of the comic novelizations.) I was happy to see a new one out, and even happier that it seems to be one of the better ones.
