'In the scene one of the actors had to pick this up then throw it. Then it had to open – so it had to be robust and small, but also be able to fold up and lock in a closed position.'

'The shell was copied from a pillbug as I was convinced it would be impossible to replicate something that precise through trial and error given the timeframe. The legs were also jointed so they could fold up inside the body and not get in the way. It was a total headf... but my favourite thing I worked on during the production.'
