Planet LV-428
The Refuge
NeoTerya - The Last Gate
NeoTerya - Before the Ruins
NeoTerya - Proto-City
Black Bone
Forgotten Lands
Epistellar Horizon
War Eater
Near the Sun
Black Bone is an epic masterpiece!
This artwork reminds me of another French graphic artist from 3MMI Design. My band awhile back were contemplating purchasing one of his images for an album cover (that is what he specialises in)
Very Nice pieces of Work..
Not quite a Engineer Look to the Technology but also not quite a Earth-Like Future Technology too....
Why use LV-428? surely they are taking some inspiration from the Alien Franchise, and looking at a few of the images, we do see some of the Cities set out similar to those on Paradise, only these are more Futuristic rather than Ancient looking.
I wonder what Symbolism there is?
its as if they are telling a Story...?
I notice the Black Bone image, can kind of be connected to the Black Goo, it also has a Fire Appearance, and a Female. Hinting at maybe some Forbidden Knowledge/Tool and connected to Females.. and the miss-use has lead to Catastrophe for a Space Faring Alien Race?
The Proto City is interesting too.... we see Giant Mechanical, almost Android like Figures, one on the Right appears to be Propping up this what appears to be TWO Cities one on the Roof and one on the Ground but both with their own Gravity.
its almost saying to me that AI was created to be used to Create this City/Structure for a Alien Race... and that the Androids/AI are the Tools used to Build this place.
Could it be telling us that a reliance on AI and Creating AI that can be used to perform tasks for their Creators, has a Downfall? When the AI become Sentient and Rebel?
Maybe just me though lol

It kind of reminds me to a degree, of a different take on the Blake 7 TV Show Liberator Ship ;)

IRaptus - There were some early concept art images of Covenant showing ships looking like the Icarus.
