Anyone order an A Box? Here is my experience

how stupid am I, this made absolutely no sense to me till I realised about 2 thirds of the way down I was reading the conversation backwards from top to bottom duh hahaha so r u going to hang on till they send u it or have u made up ur mind for a refund? whats meant to be in it anyway?

ali81 Sorry-You have to read email trails in reverse order. My intent is to call my bank by Friday if I receive no tracking. My records show I was billed and I paid for the product. The emails show the rest. Fairly tight documentation. I have plans for that stuff to benefit this forum. So much for planning- I paid and have not received. I will fight this and it is my fight alone. I am just hoping no other members are going through this crap. 

yea I get the order for emails it just took me a second to say to myself 'why am I not getting this' before I had to slap myself on the head hahaha fingers crossed it gets sorted out quickly for u

It sounds like they are trying to do the right thing. I'd give 'em a little more time on it. 

BUT, they should not have billed you until they shipped it. That was wrong.

I wanted to order the A-Box, but I really only wanted the hat and the Facehugger...

they aren't a scam, I've had some dealings with them, they sent me a box to "unbox" on my channel, the products inside the alien box are of a super high quality. however, I won't be having any further dealings with the company, due to some bits and pieces of information and actions etc. 
I hope you get your box though, it really is worth it just for the facehugger alone. 

Yes, that is definitely the main event! They don't answer my emails anymore. Just need to keep on it and build an email trail.

Yes I am having an issue also. I was sent a tracking number, it shows:

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA 92647 

Today is the 9th. so it has taken so far 10 days to get to the post office?

I’ve asked the VP at Pitney to see if he could locate your box and know I’ll hear back from him one way or the other this morning.
