Olethros follows a weakened family that is still trying to survive the unspeakable horrors inflicted on the earth 4 years prior by a mysterious extraterrestrial force. From shattered cityscapes to treacherous forests, from looming mountains to cavernous rivers, there’s a new beast, a new parasite, a new level of fear lurking around every corner. Soon, it becomes clear that mankind’s innate will to survive may not be enough against the cosmic horrors to come.

MemberOvomorphJun-21-2017 11:15 PMI'm not giving everything away so soon, buddy! :) It's intended to be horror on a massive scale, but from a very raw and intimate perspective. In addition to writing it, I also want to design some visual aids (artwork) to enhance the reading, much like the Aliens - Tribes graphic novel.

"In Ancient Greek mythology, Olethros was the personification of Havoc and probably one of the Makhai. Olethros translates roughly in ancient Greek to "destruction", but often with a positive connotation, as in the destruction required for and preceding renewal."
Essentially, imagine what happened to the Engineers in Alien Covenant, but on a planetary scale, and unfortunately, we're on the receiving end of it.
