Topics with no meanings

Hi everyone,

Please don't think that I am being pedantic , however I have noticed that there have been several new topics, some today, with an opening title but no explanation. Not sure if this a blip my end with my computer however I have opened a few new topics with a headline that has grabbed me only to find no explanation as to what the topic is. Again if its a computer error I apologise. If it isn't, can those that list the topic please follow it with an explanation. Cheers
