It shows Alexander England's Character either has a Wound or is kneeling over someone else with a Wound this shot seems to be perhaps from the Neomorph Attack Scene from the Grasslands.

ah, ok, yeah now it makes sense. Hard for me to find the 'landmarks' of faces, once I found those, then it made more sense to me visually.

If Franco is going to appear in some promotional videos, does this mean he will have a message video?

I hope so. I'm interested in his character, we know his character was quite ill during the 'Last Supper' scene, so I am really curious about his character's fate.
