OK - it's been awhile, or so it seems, since we've had any cool updates. "making of" set shots with the film crew don't count...lame. We are less than 2 months until the release and I would expect the marketing geeks to be in full swing. At our present clip of psycho/cultural analysis we will have tied Alien into virtually every ancient story ever told and possibly end up with Santa Claus actually being the space Jockey...

Now I know the last thing they (20th Century Fox) would want to do is get on my bad side so I'm hoping some of you, more well connected Alien nerds (as opposed to not so well connected Alien nerds like myself) could make a few phone calls or something and rattle some cages...

I am surprised we have not seen any new stuff yet, the New Poster came out as well as some Marketing Events in a few places around the World the Weekend.

I am not sure if we will get more marketing, as far as Virals, i think they may add some more and its a shame we never got a Viral Website like we had with Prometheus but the Meet Walter One is a start.

I do expect Heavy Marketing and a Final Trailer around April the 26th ;)

I guess they did release the posters, I forgot about that. I was hoping for something similar to the vignette. something that offers insight into that characters prior to the movie actually beginning. I liked getting a sense of the different personalities before all the screaming and dying starts.
