I posted in the new member post but here is my official introduction..

I have been exposed to the Alien Franchise from a young age and I was intrigued and terrified at the same time.

The chestburster is the selling point for me and I would role play Alien with friends when I was little. I also dig the references in other movies. (Shrek 2, Spaceballs etc)

I saw Prometheus when it came out and I was won over by the prequel story.

I saw AVP and AVP R and i was a fan of those movies as well.

I even made a meme about Drake becoming Specimen 6 during the Drake and Meek Mill beef (Rap fans in here will understand what I am saying)

Anyways, I found this forum and I recall finding a Prometheus 2 fan fic but I think its gone now.. When I rediscovered this forum I have been lurking on it for a while and I decided to make an account now.

Hope to participate in some interesting discussions about theories and the stories behind the Alien Universe!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who actually likes the AVP movies. The plot was kinda stupid but I can't get ENOUGH of them xenomorphs.

And btw, I was new too, I joined in Decemberish. Post cool topics where the title will grab the reader and then they'll comment, you'll get stars for major topics and XP for commenting and contributing... which could get you to a moderator or a higher rank than member.

Yeah i guess nothing to bad with AVP's as a Popcorn Flick... seems if you mix a bit of Alien R with Prometheus and throw in AVPR you get Alien Covenant... only done better of course ;)

Thank You!, I really am glad to be in a community like this...

Alien and Prometheus and several other franchises are very influential and in fact some elements of it inspired this story I am writing (No, It's not related to alien and I am not going to tell any of you about it until the right time, so don't ask)

But anyways, I love the movies and Sigourney Weaver is one of my heroes. I had a fanboy moment when I saw her in Avatar.

Looking forward to Alien: Covenant!

I liked AVP as a scifi action movie but AVP and especially AVPR get a lot of hate here lol.

There are some threads on here for just fun like a silliness 2 thread, Chris' challenge to post the Alien script- procedural rules are posted, alien themed foods- whatever. Of course there are the serious threads too. It seems pretty limitless really.
