ok, how about this for derelict/ lv223 facilty connection

wev all theorised what happened to both the derelict and the facility on lv223. a good theory for the facility is another faction attacking it with xenos, as the hologram shows the engineers running from something. the fact the last engineer in the holo at least was (possibly) infected with the goo can rule that being what they were running from. what if the derelict was one of a fleet of ships sent by a rival faction to drop xeno bio weapons onto lv223 to wipe out the rebel engineers? the ship became infested and over run by the xenos (im halfway through river of pain which is why I raise this a Cpl of times already in other posts) and crash landed on lv426? due to other ships being in the area the warning was sent to tell them to stay clear and not attempt any rescue. timelines would pretty much sync with each other and due to xenos being involved would answer why the ship and facility were just left untouched
