The Covenant connection is misleading. These are props from other films. The egg is from AVP - the info label says it all.

The egg looks awesome. Reminds me of the ones they designed for the first AvP, but more "dirty", if I can say that.
And I just love that there is a sleepy Predator:) Why is he there anyway?

I hope they go back to the original design of the Alien egg, I hate everything about the first AVP

It's unfortunate no "actual" props from Covenant were on display. Having AvP props in there is extremely misleading. I'm surprised we haven't seen fans asking if Predators will be in Alien: Covenant... Lol

I sure hope there are no Predators in Alien Covenant.

That will mislead many fans all over the world into thinking thats from Alien covenant,because the description of each object is in Portuguese.

I felt this a lot too, with everything we have been shown... there seems little surprise.. we have been kind of more spoiled than the International Trailers for 10 Cloverfield Lane compared to the USA/UK ones.. which never gave away the End...

i am thinking are they spoiling the movie? or are they misleading us...?

Interesting Translation but i think a lot can be misread from such things.... if Ridley is meaning exactly that then it appears to be a very very Xeno movie... a Fanboys dream...

But then they have already near enough gave away the movie... no something has to give, there has to be something more to it than Xenos and i think Ridley is misleading us a bit... we can only hope..

Also this translation seems to show that the Covenant just happens to be wandering Space in search of a New Home and then its a case of... "look guys that place so many xxx light years away looks just right" ...."lets go there"

There has to be more than Coincidence to it all.

i posted a long time ago about the Source... who said the same thing...  well that we would see David play a role where he becomes Corrupt and his own Agenda... but then we see Redemption.... so in the end he changes his mind, or attempts to change what is done.. or just realizes a mistake he has made.... so he shows Redemption (must have a Soul).
