Does this Interview with Spaihts prove that Prometheus is not the movie Ridley Scott wanted ??

@oduodu It will be canon and in same universe well time line, yes that would leave a potential plot hole in that what becomes of LV223 by Alien and Aliens and i would assume after Paradise Shaw and David go to LV 223 to basically take care of whats left and destroy that outpost.... Or else some other way it is destroyed by time of Aliens. As far as the SJ i do not think Ridley will show us anything about the Derelict and LV 426... all he has to do is show us more less ambiguously a connection to Engineers and Xeno Eggs and then basically we would have enough to know that the Engineer on the Derelict was carrying Eggs and for some purpose before the Cargo was compromised. Ridley has explained it before though.... Now size difference, yes Ridley can address this as Prometheus was was shown 9-10ft beings in Engineers who was supposed to be 10-15ft in drafts. We could all tell they only fooled us to see them as about 8ft tall.. and the Space Jockey was between 13-15ft so there is a inconsistency but that can be addressed by showing us different types of Humanoids created by those who created the Engineers. So we have Mankind who vary a lot but on average stand between 4.5 to 6.5ft with 5.5ft being average. We then have Engineers from LV 223 who could stand between 7 to 9ft and average at 8ft. And we can be shown a taller variation that stand 10-15ft... Now a Space Jockey Suit could make a 10-12 foot Engineer 11-13ft tall, then ossification could make the dead Suited Engineer grow from 11-13ft to 13-15ft and viola we have our discrepancy sorted.
