Favorite Back stories wanted

I would like to know more about the relationship of Vickers/Janek and his crew. During the landing sequence Janek when he tells the crew to prepare for landing mentions Vickers that includes you..or words to that effect. The Rpbot question seems to indicate a previous connection because of how Vickers comes to look at the pyramid mapping results..but has let her hair down, And finally there is the Chance/Ravel cooment about getting a lap dance from Vickers,, I just think it would be an interesting back story because of their different backgrounds and what brought them together for the Ptometheus voyage... There could be nothing,,Co-incidence?

Vickers and Janek have captured everyone's imagination who has seen the movie. I like the deleted sequence when he visits her and tells her the story of the little men in white coats who made something they shouldn't have. Vickers has multiple sides to her personality and kudos to Janek for getting the proof to his question directly. A lap dance with Vickers as mentioned by Chance and Eavel, would certainly be worth the price of the ticket:)

I've often thought that Charlize Theron's considerable talents were wasted in this film. Her character is shallow and one-dimensional and we never really develop a connection with Vickers. Shame too - she's a lovely woman :-}
