So Shaw and David drive off to another pyramid at the end of the movie, correct? And we see another juggernaught leaving LV-223, presumably carrying our two heros towards the sequel, correct? If this is a different juggernaught, where is that crew? Did Shaw and David simply steal the ship while the crew was outside, taking a smoke break perhaps? Did our heros negotiate a ride back to the engineers home planet in some way? Was this ship configured the same was as the first - with ampules, big head, etc.? A little mystery is good story-telling. A LOT of mystery makes my head hurt.

The Juggernaut that Shaw and David 'borrowed' are there other Engineers also in hibernation? Is Shaw sharing bed space with one of them??? About the downed Juggernaut, was that the only one with the black goo, ampules and Big Head? Was it just simply a cargo ship - on a special delivery to Earth? Are the other Juggernauts just 'personal' vehicles for the other Engineers?

"..About the downed Juggernaut, was that the only one with the black goo.." Theere is another thread that raises an interesting point about the ampules seen in the cargo hold; They were not leaking even after being exposed to presumably the same air as in the Big Head Room. Yes with so much of this story about meeting the Last Engineers, David and Shaw borrow another Juggernait for the final scenes,,there is no drama indicated. I am sure that if there was something of interest ...or significantly different on this second ship it would have been mentioned, Also where did they find the next ship? At another Bee Hive structure? Some suggested that at each Pyramid there were actually 4 in total buried in a similar manner as the destroyed ship. And finally David said the were many more ships,, I could make out only 4-6 Bee Hives on the lanscape so maybe 6 total based on the info we see in the movie, In my mind a few might be 4-6 ships. David saying many ships, heck, that might mean 50-100 stashed Juggernauts in the ground ready to launched,,

I think we will see whether the juggernaut which Shaw and David are piloting towards "paradise" has the same black goo urns or something else. Would be interesting if that ship actually has the ancient cargo, the Xenomorph eggs like the derelict landed on LV-426. It could also be possible that the home planet of the engineers is already infected by one of their new creations, Xenomorph like creatures but even more deadly. I'm quite disappointed that the creatures in Prometheus are far away from doing very perverse things which Ridley Scott mentioned in his interviews during production. Hope that Paradise does better.

@Old Guy The Juggernaut that they pinched was not the one that was downed by the Prometheus. There's likely one ship per pyramid. The Juggernaut did not have a Big Head Room – that was in a pyramid. The obvious answer is that the stolen Juggernaut was lifeless. It would have been a bad editorial decision to show Shaw and David ferreting around like a couple of burglars. The important message – that they were Off to see the Wizards – was told concisely and well paced. @Indy John There are possibly many other pyramids on the moon other than the four or so that we saw. They only surveyed for a few hours and landed at the first installation they came across. Depends on your interpretation of 'many'.

The othe pyramid structures could have black goo in at different stages, like experiments... that have obviously gone wrong. Shaw and David wouldn't have had any trouble though , nothing had been there for ages.

Ok. So the goo only goes viral when exposed to some atmosphere, correct? Perhaps the ampules in the juggernaut's cargo hold were empty. And yes ZZ, I understand that the crashed juggernaut wasn't the one that flew at the end however my question really revolves around where THAT crew was - did Shaw and David find them all dead or were some in stasis or ...... ?

Engineer wall im guessing that the other Engineers died from the black goo exposure. but its not stated as fact the only one Engineer survived right?

Okay, I'm losing too much hair from scratching my head. Let's review: The big head and ampules were found in the pyramid, not the juggernaut. The ampules went viral when exposed to the atmosphere. The juggernaut hold is FULL of ampules which do not appear to be leaking. The juggernaut crew (save one in the control room) are dead - all but one apparently piled up against a wall in the pyramid. Shaw and David escape on ANOTHER juggernaut, presumably one without a crew. Does anyone elses head hurt?

Almost forgot: David tells Shaw and the others that the juggernaut was headed to Earth to "destroy in order to create". Ouch.

Actually, OldGuy you put it quite well . Now my head hurts less.with a summarry of known facts. When I recently came across the thread discussing the ampules in the cargo hold not leaking,,just stacked,, I thought this was an intriging observation because the answers do not show themselves in our movie.and not crew member mentions this. Can we use some deductive reasoning to make an educated guess of the ampule room contents..or purpose? I doubt if it is plot hole. My hope is that in the Shaw/Davis Juggernaut this issue will be addressed in the next episode. It may not be a pivotal point in the overall story..but an important thread.

@OldGuy The big head and ampules were found in the pyramid, not the juggernaut. The exact function of the Big Head Room is not known, although it appears to be an elaborate cathedral-like structure. The Juggernaut is a spaceship, not a cathedral. The ampules went viral when exposed to the atmosphere. It would seem so. But other things changed as well when the crew opened the door: a decrease in pressure; the presence of small warm bodies; sounds. The trigger for the change is not known for sure. The juggernaut hold is FULL of ampules which do not appear to be leaking. A simple explanation would be that they have been weaponized and ready for dropping on a planet (Earth). The juggernaut crew (save one in the control room) are dead - all but one apparently piled up against a wall in the pyramid. Likely all killed by Deacons, or similar. Shaw and David escape on ANOTHER juggernaut, presumably one without a crew. The crew is likely dead. Does anyone elses head hurt? Not mine!
