More deleted scenes (elder engineers)

I definitely liked that better. :( Well, I think I've seen most of the deleted scenes now. Better watch quickly, probably won't be up very long..

I expect a lot more from the BluRay if the adds on that are true. So many tantallyzing little clips on the BluRay add... The images there are a lot more intersting. These here add very little to what we already talked, and the engineer scene still is very lacking. The final dialogues between Shaw and David are also not better, if not a bit worst...their interplay I mean. Other than the Paradise subject, nothing adds much, and even that is too little. He said there was not a direct transloation, and the word might only mean Home World (and probably that is what it means) in their native language. Actually that is what I expect it to mean, MotherLand or Home world. Lets see the Bluray ...

I liked the dynamic between Shaw and David in that deleted scene because it showed some disdain that Shaw felt toward David. She knew that he had something to do with Holloway getting infected. But Ridley knows things we don't, so he must have changed it for a reason. It must be important for them to have a little better relationship in coming adventures... Very interesting!!

Is it just me or did the scene, Arrival of the Engineers seem more melancholy? As if it was something he didn't want to do - but had it to be done for the 'greater good.' It didn't seem like a punishment, but more like a custom/ritual. Even the elder who handed him the black goo seemed quite sombre. *edit* I wish there was dialogue in that scene!
