Ampules = Tombstones?

A little theory of mine. Don't know if that makes sense, but well: (sorry for my sometime average english!) Holloway says that the "head room" is just "another tomb, right? what if the remaining Engineer just moved the dead bodies of the other ones (the ones who runned into to room), then after that, placed the ampules of black goo, like sort of tombtones? Because that's exactly what they looked like when you enter the room, IMO. There's another room full of those ampules (the room David is discovering later) that are placed all over the walls, like bottles of fine wines, lol. So I wonder why there are just few of them in the head room. Those ampules in the other room do not seem to react to the change of atmospher when David enters, and a lots of them are placed horizontaly... no black goo in sight. the more I think of it, the more feel the ampules and the dead engineers are related. The idea "could be" that the ampules in the head room could contain some DNA of the dead Engineers. And THAT would make those specials. That would also maybe explain why there is just one Engineers left: someone had to stay alive to control the ship. But that does not explain why the remaining Engineers locked himself behind a door and got into sleep mode. There should have been a threat somehow. Something tha went wrong anyway. The Engineers running in corridors sure did not look like if they are going peacefully to a sacrificial ritual, lol. I know, I'm overthinking things.... but it's fun! Funnier than listing plot holes, IMO.
