I might take a stab at something. Could be fun--although I hate typing in all the title copy. Maybe just a photo manipulation, but I'd rather illustrate something if time allows.
What would be brilliant, is if someone ambitious and talented were to do a Struzan style poster. Actually, anything illustrated. Might have to wait until the film comes out for something like that.

First poster on the page (red) is awesome!!! Very Retro and fits the "horror" aspect perfectly. (It does lean more toward horror than sci-fi, but you can tell the guy's in some kind of techy suit so it works well.)
The second one - nice layout. But the font screams "[i]Horror movie about demonic possession set the mid 20th century[/i]" to me.
The third (posted by Famished): Like this one a lot. You dont really get "horror" from it, but it can still work. Nice composition.
Forth one (also posted by Famished): Do not like. Its a good layout, but it just says "Michael Bay's Armageddon 2!" to me.
Fifth (Biomechanic's): Nicely done. I think the Giger image is waaaay too revealing to be in the poster, but that's not your fault since you had no actual images to work with at the time.
Sixth one: I like the layout and perfect choice of images. But the layout reminds me of a calm - art deco movie for some reason. (Don't know why though. Anyways I know that's just me.)
