This could be goo infection aftermath, not charred bodies. There's too much muscle definition for an ash imprint like Pompeii.

May not rule out such a Sodom and Gomorrah type event...
We have to ask does Black Goo Urns destroy the Statues and Big Head? But they could have been ruined from a other event and war.

While other set leaks have the Props with Bags of Black Stuff attached that no doubt would show us some kind of explosion of them to create a Splatter effect, This could be the Goo.. but also the Engineers had Black Blood.

The sets show no Urns.. so unless they are loaded into a device that then causes them to break down and be turned into Liquid and Hosed down on them..... why are there no Urns...

So right now how knows... The other shot was set in dark, and not in the day.. but these are props and so these day shots could be setting them up....

The other leaked shot the Temple was also different so maybe a different face of it as a Pyramid/Ziggurat type Temples have 4 sides
